Terms and Conditions 777lukcy – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legal and binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 777lukcy ("Platform", "We"). 11 Liability Limit

777lukcy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to internet connection disruptions, player device failures, or delays caused by factors beyond our control such as third-party infrastructure outages.

777lukcy's total liability to any player claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000 — whichever is lower — unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

777lukcy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for amendments that materially affect player rights, we will provide no less than 7 days' notice via registered email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the 777lukcy platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

777lukcy also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any player who violates these terms. In cases of termination not caused by a player violation, all valid real-money balances will be returned to the player within 7 business days.
